Instructions for Submitting Your Camera-Ready Paper
All papers must be submitted on the EDAS portal.
Please submit the camera-ready version of your paper by Monday, January 28, 2026, 11:59 PM AoE. (tentative)
Format
- The style file for preparing the final manuscript is available here (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
- Papers must be submitted as a PDF file (version at least 1.4), in A4 paper format (not US Letter).
- The manuscript should not exceed SIX double-column pages (including references), with single-line spacing and a main text font size no smaller than 10 points.
- Names and affiliations of all the authors should be included in the manuscript mandatorily.
- The title and authors (including the author order) in EDAS must agree with the title and authors in the PDF file.
- The abstract written in EDAS should match with the abstract of the final manuscript.
- The document must not contain any bookmarks, links (URLs), form fields, or PDF annotations. The PDF file should not be a scanned image, encrypted file, or print-only file.
- All fonts should be embedded in the PDF file itself.
IEEE Xplore compatible manuscripts
The Camera Ready Manuscript must be made IEEE Xplore compatible by running it through PDF eXpress. Please follow these steps:
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress. If you already have a user account, use your registered email ID and password. Otherwise, create a new account.
- Use the Conference ID: 68160X.
- Upload the source file for Conversion, and/or PDF for Checking.
Use the IEEE PDF eXpress website to generate an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. The site contains instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
Submission instructions
- After getting an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF, log in to your EDAS account, and go to the page that lists your paper.
- Copyright: Click on the "IEEE copyright submission" button and follow the procedure listed there to fill the form.
- Manuscript: Upload your final manuscript via EDAS. In your EDAS home page, click on "My papers" and then click on the paper that you have submitted to NCC 2026. This will open a page which includes a link to submit your final (PDF eXpress approved) manuscript.
Non-compliant manuscripts will not be included in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
Important
Please note that your paper will be included in the program and the proceedings only if:
- It meets all the above formatting requirements.
- The copyright form is submitted.
- At least one author is registered with full registration.
- One of the authors presents the paper at the conference.
- There are no substantial changes to the reviewed paper, except for those that address specific reviewers.
