Summer School Venue
The summer school will be held in person at Auditorium 2, Convention Center, IIT Hyderabad.
Accommodation
On-campus accommodation is available for summer school participants from 23 June to 28 June.

Student participants:
Single-occupancyDouble-occupancy rooms are available in the IIT Hyderabad student hostels. The total cost is Rs 1,500 for the entire duration of the school. Students must pay the accommodation charges at the time of registration. -
Full registrants: Accommodation is available at the International Guest House (IGH). The charges are approximately Rs 1,500 + GST per night (single bed, includes breakfast). At the time of registration please indicate if you need accommodation. Payment must be made at the guest house on arrival.
Lunch will be served to all participants during the summer school. Students can use the mess facility in the hostel area for breakfast and dinner. Full registrants can use the guest house dining facility. A food court (Isthara Food Court, at the Technology Research Park (TRP) building) is located next to the Convention Center and will be open during lunch and dinner.
Travel
The easiest way to reach IIT Hyderabad campus is through a taxi from the airport (Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad) or metro/railway station (Miyapur Metro Station or Secunderabad and Nampally Railway Stations).
The taxi charges from the airport or railway station to IIT Hyderabad can be close to Rs 2,000. A list of privately-operated taxi services is available here. Online ride-hailing apps (Ola and Uber) can also be used from the airport and railway stations.
Getting Around
The guest house is located a few minutes’ walk from the Convention Center.
Bus services will be available for student participants to commute between the hostel accommodation and Convention Center. The schedule of the bus services operating within IIT Hyderabad is available here.
The location of the Convention Center, International Guest House and hostels are marked in the map below along with the supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, students’ mess, food court and other places of interest.
Weather
The monsoon season in Hyderabad begins from the end of June. While the peak rainy season is July-September, please be prepared to experience some showers during the summer school.
