Please note that accommodation charges are in addition to the registration fees.

  • UG and PG (Masters/PhD) students can opt for student hostel rooms and pay the accommodation charges at the time of registration. These are single-occupancy rooms and cost Rs 1,500 for the entire duration of the school.

  • Full registrants (postdocs/faculty/industry participants) must make the payment at the guest house on arrival. These are single-occupancy rooms and cost approximately Rs 1,500 + GST per night. Please indicate that you need guest house accommodation while registering for the summer school.

Registration Process

Please follow the below instructions carefully and carry out the following two steps (in the same order) for completing the registration.

  1. Payment of Registration Fees (and Accommodation Fees for Students)
    Please use the payment link to pay the registration charges. Each payment must include the registration charges for exactly one participant.

    1. Please enter the participant details in the first page of the payment site. Also indicate if you need accommodation during the summer school. Proceed to the second page to choose the fees to be paid.

    2. If you are a full registrant please choose the appropriate fee option available in the second page. Please ensure that exactly one fee option is selected.

      If you are a student participant please choose the applicable registration fee (please choose only one fee option). Further, if you need hostel accommodation please include the accommodation charges as well.

      Note that participants from IIT Hyderabad (IITH) need not pay the GST to register for this summer school.

    3. Please proceed to make the payment via internet banking, credit card or debit card. A convenience fee may be charged based on your mode of payment.

    4. On completion of payment you will be led to a payment confirmation page. Please download the payment receipt (as a pdf file) from this page and note the Transaction ID. You will also receive the payment confirmation via email. You will be required to upload the payment receipt and enter the Transaction ID in the second step.

  2. Registering for the Summer School
    Please use the registration form to register yourself for the summer school.
    • Please fill this form carefully, the details can not be edited once the form is submitted. You will need to sign-in through a Google account to submit this form.
    • You must upload the payment receipt (pdf file) and enter the Transaction ID in the appropriate fields.
